Contaminated land remediation is required following the identification of ground contamination that poses a significant possibility of significant harm to receptors typically including human health, buildings and controlled waters (groundwater and surface water resources). SEC have experience of both design and implementation of remedial schemes, acting as either remedial contractor or Environmental Consultant providing consultancy support to oversee and validate remedial work undertaken by others. We are proud to have an exemplary record for our remedial schemes and associated Verification Reports meeting with Regulatory approval.

Remedial Techniques

Sevenoaks Environmental Consultancy have a wealth of experience designing and implementing site specific remedial solutions for sites which have been impacted by soil and groundwater contamination as a result of previous activity. We specialise in providing practical and cost effective solutions utilising remedial technologies such as groundwater pump and treat, air sparging, soil vapour extraction, hotspot removal, material segregation and bio-remediation.

Fully Documented Ground Remediation Schemes

We offer a full service in relation to ground contamination, from design of an appropriate remedial scheme and production of supporting Remedial Method Statement (RMS) and Regulatory liaison to implementation and supervision of remedial work on site with validation testing and production of a final Verification Report to ensure Regulatory sign off for remedial work completed.
