SEC has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Geo-Environmental Consultant to join our existing team.

You will be based in our Pembury office just outside of Tunbridge Wells and will be working on geo-environmental projects for a wide variety of Clients including high-profile commercial and residential developers and contractors as well as architects, structural engineers and Local Authorities.

This is a permanent and full time position within our Contaminated Land team and the successful candidate will be actively involved in the day to day project management of Geo-Environmental Phase 1 Desk Studies, Phase 2 Site Investigations and Remediation Schemes as well as the preparation of factual and interpretive reports. The role will also involve on site supervision of the fieldwork. You will be well organised, have a flexible approach to time management, be willing to work away from home on occasion.

The ideal candidate should be educated to degree level in Geology, Contaminated Land or similar and be able to demonstrate a keen interest in Contaminated Land. Applicants should possess a full clean driving license, have their own means of transport as well as a positive can do and flexible attitude towards fieldwork. Previous experience is desirable.
